Write out the PROCESS of how you solve this problem for them. List the agreements you can make with your ideal customers to alleviate their fears of doing business with you.
Give them a clear direction on what to do next (how do they go to the next step with you).
Explain to them what is going to happen if they purchase from you. What helps them avoid failure to succeed in solving their problem.
Where did they start and where are you going to take them after they become a client with you.
